Exhibitor FAQs

NOTE: VENDOR/EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED.

Who can participate?

Beecatur's National Pollinator Week festival is an ideal opportunity for Decatur-area environmental organization exhibitors to promote their work in the community, distribute information, etc.

Is there a fee to participate?

Beecatur's NPW festival is open and free to environmental organization exhibitors.

When should I set up?

Set-up begins at 9 a.m. The festival starts at 10 a.m.

Where should I set up?

Just grab a spot at the festival site!  Vendors with event tents should try to leave shaded spots for those without.

Where do I load / unload?

There are two U-shaped parking lots close to the festival site for easy loading and unloading. One is off of E. Ponce de Leon Ave (between Clairemont Ave. and Church St.). The other off of Trinity Place (at N. McDonough St.).

Where do I park?

In addition to street parking, there are numerous public parking lots near the festival grounds. Decatur parking pay stations use the ParkMobile app.

What if it rains?

Unfortunately, there is no rain date for this event. In the event of light rain / chance of showers, we'll make the best of it. Should heavy rain / tropical storm, etc. be forecast, we will make a decision on the best course of action and notify you via email.

Will there be food available?

The festival’s only food vendor is King of Pops. If you need to grab a bite to eat during the festival, Decatur has plentiful, quick food options close to the festival site (Chipotle, B-Side Bagels, Raging Burrito, Victory Sandwich Bar, etc.)

How can I help promote the festival?

Help us spread the word! Please reach out to your organization’s members / audience and let them know you are participating. For your convenience, a press release and a folder of festival photos and logo art is available on Drop Box.
